Sportsbook Search Trends
Trend data answers "when" better than "how much". These guides cover how to read Google Trends and Search Console around sports events, how to separate cycles from spikes, and the limits that every chart should state.
Two Google sources cover most needs. Google Trends shows relative interest in a term over time and place. Search Console shows your own site's clicks and impressions. Neither shows another site's traffic, and neither gives search volume in the way keyword tools estimate it.

Questions
Can Google Trends show search volume?
No. Google's News Initiative training says the numbers do not represent absolute search volume; Trends shows relative interest scaled from 0 to 100.
Why do my Search Console days look shifted?
Search Console labels daily data in Pacific Time, except in the 24-hour view. Events in the UK or Australia can fall on a different day there.
Are the charts on FixtureLoom real data?
The home page charts are labeled synthetic examples that illustrate methods. FixtureLoom does not publish search volumes or traffic figures.
