- Leagues and governing bodies: Premier League, UEFA, NBA, NHL, ICC.
- Tournaments and venues: Australian Open, Victoria Racing Club, Churchill Downs, The Jockey Club.

Rules by market
- UK: Gambling Commission, ASA and the CAP Code.
- US: state regulators; the American Gaming Association's marketing code.
- Canada: Canada Gazette; AGCO and iGaming Ontario.
- Australia: Department of Social Services, Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, government publications on the Interactive Gambling Act.
Citation rules
- Every guide ends with a numbered source list, each with the date shown on the source or "no date shown".
- Secondary sources are named as such, and dates that rely on them are marked provisional.
- We do not use operator press releases as proof of rules, or unattributed statistics.
